Refund policy

Items purchased on www.parristoys.com if received damaged, a photo or description of damaged and proof of purchase of damaged item must be provided to parristoys@parrismfgco.com. Once information is received a refund can be issued if item was purchased on www.parristoys.com or a replacement can be sent at no cost to the customer. Refunds or replacements for damaged items are only valid 90 days after purchase of product.
